Terre Construction was founded by Robert Findleton, with a California "Class A" General Engineering Contractor license in 2001. Mr. Findleton has a long standing relationship with Ahtna Government Services Corporation, 100% Alaska Native-Owned Corporation. With Ahtna’s SDB Certified 8 (a) status, they are qualified for several federal contracting incentive programs, and set-aside contracts, which allow for broad teaming agreements and substantial subcontract interface. Mr. Findleton first worked for Ahtna as a Job Superintendent and Project Manager, and later managed the Sacramento office Construction Department until the Fall of 2007. During 2007 he successfully bid and managed the construction of over $12 million of work for the Department of Homeland Security, involving simultaneous projects in multiple states. more...
